Morris Kruemcke called Beverly Ruffin about this movie, and Beverly put together the Dinner and A Movie event. Nearly 50 folks from the BMW Club and the Houston Re-Treads showed up for the dinner, the movie, and the after-movie gathering. The movie, "The World's Fastest Indian," tells the moving story of Bert Munro, whose land speed record for normally aspirated motorcycles under 1000 cc's still stands.
